About this role
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure in construction, site execution, estimation, billing, and project management. The candidate will assist in site supervision, quantity estimation, quality checks, and project coordination under the guidance of senior engineers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of civil works
- Monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
- Support senior engineers in planning and execution of site work
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site
- Assist in quantity surveying and material estimation
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR)
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams
- Ensure work is carried out as per safety standards
- Support in billing, BOQ, and measurement sheet preparation
- Verify levels, alignment, and dimensions at site
- Assist in AutoCAD drawings, revisions, and documentation
- Maintain records of site materials, labor, and progress updates
Required Skills

Key Responsibilities by Role
For BE Civil Freshers:
- Assist in project planning and execution
- Support estimation, billing, and site coordination
- Work with senior engineers in quality and project documentation
- Assist in structural and drawing interpretation
For Diploma Civil Freshers:
- Support site supervision and daily execution
- Assist in measurements and quantity calculations
- Monitor labor and material usage
- Maintain site records and progress reports
