Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Monitor site progress as per approved drawings and project schedules.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the construction site.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to Singapore construction regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Only candidates with real-time construction site experience will be considered.
• B.E. Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience in building, commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• RMI / AVVANZ verification is mandatory.
• Candidates must meet the DOB eligibility: 19901998.

• Freshers and candidates without construction site experience will not be considered.
