Quantity Surveying, Billing, Measurement & verification, Planning & scheduling, resource allocation & reconciliation, cost controlling & reporting, MS Project, ERP Software, AutoCAD. Required qualification: BE (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, with 3-10 years exp, strong in IS codes, contractor obligations.

Preferred candidate profile

Work experience only with contracting companies, in QS, Billing, Planning, Cost control, Subcontractor/client billing, RA Bills, site measurements. Ensure projects stay within the budget. Scheduling using Excel and Primavera P6.
