Civil Engineer Construction Field

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse/silo civil construction activity
• Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with civil contractor, structural contractors and vendors
• Check excavation, PCC, RCC, foundations, columns, flooring, masonry and other civil works.
• Verify measurements and contractor bills.
• Monitor material consumption and avoid wastage.
• Ensure construction quality and safety at site.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate with management and consultants for drawing/technical clarifications.
• Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
• Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Good knowledge of RCC, foundations, flooring and industrial/warehouse construction
• Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings
• Good contractor and labour handling skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

Ideal candidate: A hands-on site engineer who can independently manage the day-to-day civil execution of the Vijayawada (Nuzvid/Malavalli) warehouse/silo project.
