Civil Engineer (Buildings)

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Inspect construction works to ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Monitor site progress against approved construction schedules.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for site implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with project HSE requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare snag/punch lists.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE Civil Engineer with 7+ years experience or Diploma Civil Engineer with 10+ years experience
• High-rise residential/commercial building construction experience.
• Knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, and local building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
