CIVIL Engineer (Building WORKS)

Role & responsibilities

* Preparation and verification of site measurements and Measurement Books.

* Understanding, checking and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

* Quantity estimation, rate analysis and material reconciliation.

* Preparation and verification of RA Bills and contractor bills.

* Understanding of civil construction drawings and technical specifications.

* Monitoring of building construction work as per drawings and BOQ.

* Site inspection, quantity calculation and coordination with site teams.

Preferred candidate profile

* Strong practical knowledge of building construction.

* Excellent understanding of measurements, BOQ, estimation and billing.

* Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Experience in government building projects will be preferred.
