Civil cum finishing engineer

Seeking qualified Civil Engineer / Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in construction and finishing of RCC buildings and PEB structures. Experience in finishing works of residential villas is must. Candidate should be fluent in English and Telegu speaking and must possess 2 wheeler vehicle for daily commute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute and supervise finishing wors including plastering tiling, painting, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, waterproofing and facade / elevation works

2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants

3. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule and targets

4. Resolve site issues and ensure smooth handover of finishing areas

5. Measure and certify subcontractor bills related to finishing works

6. Daily material inward monitoring and stock reconciliation report preparation
