CIVIL BIM Engineer Roads and Bridges

Job description

Experienced Civil 3D Engineer / BIM Modeler to work on an assignment basis for residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and be capable of preparing accurate architectural, structural models, construction drawings, and BIM documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify BIM models using Autodesk CIVIL 3D (or equivalent).
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction documentation.
• Create 3D models, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, consultants, and site managers.
• Detect and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
• Ensure models comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from models.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in BIM workflows and documentation.
• Understanding of residential building construction.
• Ability to prepare detailed working drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Software Development understanding is a plus.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
