Civil Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

* Prepare and submit RA Bills, client bills, contractor bills and final bills for civil construction works.

* Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and detailed cost calculations.

* Verify site measurements, Measurement Books (MB), drawings and executed quantities.

* Maintain daily progress reports, billing records and project documentation.

* Handle reconciliation of cement, steel, concrete and other construction materials.

* Coordinate with the site execution team, client representatives and billing department.

* Monitor work progress and ensure accurate and timely bill submission.

* Check subcontractor bills and verify quantities against actual site execution.

* Prepare Excel-based billing reports and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

* Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

* Experience: 510 years in civil billing and quantity surveying.

* Must have experience in RA bills, BOQ, MB, quantity estimation and contractor billing.

* Experience in industrial construction, steel plants or heavy civil works will be preferred.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and billing documentation.

* Must be willing to work at Chaliyama Steel Plant, Chaibasa, Jharkhand.

* Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 7 days will be preferred.
