Civil Project Assistant Manager/ Manager
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and daily construction operations.
- Control budgets, review contractor billing, and manage costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, architects, and structural consultants.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Inspect site quality and review engineering drawings or BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
- Obtain legal permits, licenses, and local statutory approvals.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
