Civil and Structural Engineer-Real Estate Project site

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural systems and components for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects in accordance with approved design concepts.
  
• Perform detailed structural analysis, including assessment of loads, forces, and stresses, to ensure safety, stability, and durability of structures.
  
• Ensure all structural designs comply with applicable building codes, statutory requirements, safety norms, and industry standards.
  
• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, technical documentation, Mall retail Fit-outs
  
• Coordinate closely with architects, civil engineers, consultants, and contractors to seamlessly integrate structural designs with overall project requirements.
  
• Provide technical support during project execution and address site-related design queries or modifications as required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 810 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on structural engineering.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• In-depth knowledge of structural design principles, civil construction practices, materials science, and relevant building codes and regulations.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
