Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee interior fit-out works, including design coordination, material procurement, and labor management.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
