City Operations Leader - Horizontal

We are looking for experienced City Operations Leaders to drive end-to-end operations across multiple dark stores within a city.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end city and dark store operations.
• On-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer SLAs.
• Daily operational KPIs and corrective actions.
• Team leadership across operations managers, fleet supervisors, and the contract workforce.
• City-level P& L, cost control, and profitability.
• Workforce planning and productivity improvement.
• Client onboarding and operational expansion.
• Network coverage and market growth within the city.
• City-level escalations from clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in operations.
• Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, retail, or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing multiple dark stores/clusters/city-level operations.
• Strong expertise in team leadership, KPI management, workforce planning, process optimization, and P& L ownership.
• Candidates from City Lead, Cluster Manager, City Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, or similar roles are highly preferred.
