City Network Head

Own the end-to-end health of partner garage network in the city building the supply base, deepening partner relationships, and ensuring the operational and quality standards that drive profitable, repeatable throughput. This is a P&L-adjacent, field-heavy role blending business development, relationship management, and operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Business Development & Network Expansion
• Build and manage the city's partner garage pipeline identify, evaluate, and onboard garages aligned to demand and coverage gaps.
• Own territory coverage against a planned network design; close whitespace and rationalize underperforming supply.
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive partner buy-in on Company's operating model. Partner Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for garage partners in the city; drive trust, retention, and engagement.
• Run structured partner reviews across performance, earnings, quality, and compliance, and resolve escalations.
• Grow partner throughput and share-of-wallet through consultative account management. Operations & Quality
• Ensure partners meet service quality, TAT, and SLA standards; drive corrective action on defaults.
• Partner with central ops on job allocation, capacity, and demand-supply balancing across the city.
• Monitor unit economics at partner and city level; act on leakage and margin drivers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years in field sales, B2B account management, distribution, or network / franchise operations auto, retail, logistics, or on-demand platforms preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills with SMB / entrepreneur partners.
• Comfort with field operations and data-led decision-making; fluency in unit economics.
• Willingness to be on-ground across the city; local language proficiency a plus.
