City Manager Interior Project Execution

As a City Manager Project Execution, you will own the end-to-end execution of interior projects across the city, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 projects and lead a team of 40–50+ execution professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of ~200 residential interior projects across the city.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 40–50+ Project Managers and execution professionals.
• Drive project timelines, quality, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project portfolio performance, identify risks/delays, and implement recovery plans.
• Manage project budgets, variations, vendor performance, and resource allocation.
• Drive coordination between Project Managers, designers, vendors, contractors, procurement, and customers.
• Handle critical customer and project escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Establish strong execution processes, governance, and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement in TAT, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety, design specifications, quality standards, and company processes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in project execution, interiors, construction, or related operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects at scale and teams of 40–50+ people.
• Strong understanding of residential interior execution and project management.
• Experience in budget, vendor, quality, and customer management.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a strong execution mindset.
