Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control for facility expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements :

• 9-25 years of experience in administration, airforce, facilities management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IBMs (Integrated Facility Management Systems) software applications.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
