Role & responsibilities

• Build and sustain a base of ~150 active Sales Consultants.
• Drive freelancer sales performance for Kolkata geography.
• Execute offline onboarding playbooks, for each persona
• Experiment, and recommend new personas to recruit (as SCs) – which can be replicated nationally
• Conduct college events & campus presentations to reach out to the student fraternity, and encourage them to get onboarded as SCs
• Tie up with local associations of technicians, designers, architects
• Organize local meets in order to reach out to targeted personas
• Encourage onboarded SCs to refer their friends/ colleagues

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates only from Insurance agency channel background.
• Agency channel management, team handling experience is a must.
• Bancassurance experienced candidates will not be considered.
