Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the motor insurance sector, preferably with a background in general insurance.
• Proven track record of team handling and leadership in the insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of the agency channel and its operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience: Motor (preferred) & General Insurance (No life health cvs)
• Agency channel experience is mandatory
• 3-4 years of Motor Insurance experience
• Team handling experience in insurance sector: 2-3 years
