We are looking for a results-driven City Head to manage and grow a high-performing field sales team, driving new business generation and revenue growth across enterprise, LFO (Large Fleet Operator), and corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, team leadership, and local market knowledge, with the ability to lead the team on-ground and be open to regular travel within the assigned city/cluster.

This role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, driving daily team reviews and field engagement, ensuring revenue and team performance targets are met, and driving strategic growth within the assigned city/cluster

• Territory: Vizag, Rajahmundry, Guntur, and Vijayawada
• The candidate should be comfortable with regular travel across these locations, as they will be responsible for managing the entire territory.
• Local language: Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.
• Please prioritize candidates with relevant B2B sales and territory management experience

Age - Below 40YEARS

Desired Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8-9 years of experience in team handling, leading field sales representatives.

Proficient in CRM tools and Excel.

Strong knowledge of local markets and B2B sales, including enterprise and corporate accounts.

Proven leadership, field coaching, and performance tracking abilities.

Comfortable with daily field visits and open to travel.

Good exposure of geography.
