CITY Head - Agency Channel (Insurance)

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in team leading, preferably in the agency vertical within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general insurance and be based in the city.

• Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

• Proven experience in team leading, preferably in the agency vertical within the insurance industry.
