Role Summary

The City Category Executive is responsible for supporting daily category operations by

ensuring product availability, maintaining vendor relationships, coordinating supplies, and

enabling smooth execution across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supplies, targeted fill rates, and product

availability.

• Share demand forecasts with vendors to facilitate effective inventory planning.

• Monitor daily availability, inventory levels, fill rates, and proactively resolve supply

gaps.

• Coordinate with Finance and Central Control teams for timely invoice processing and

vendor payments.

• Schedule supplies in line with warehouse receiving timelines and operational

requirements.

• Conduct regular market and competitor pricing analysis to ensure pricing

competitiveness.

• Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Category teams to resolve

operational issues and improve execution.

• Prepare and share regular reports on availability, supply performance, and key

operational metrics.
