• Collect data from 12th board exam centers for attracting fresh students. Plan canopy activities strategically for better outreach.

• Plan and execute marketing activities, generating sales leads.
• Manage local BTL activities effectively.
• Reach monthly sales targets by nurturing agent relationships and networks.

• Comfortable with field sales; committed to daily market presence.
• Proficient in consultative sale, adept at building trust without being forceful.
• Capable of handling sales pressures.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in regional languages.
• Receptive to feedback, embracing learning from mistakes and setbacks.
• Presentable appearance and previous fieldwork experience, preferably in education.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively represent the company to diverse audiences.
• Holds 2 to 5 years of marketing experience
