About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical support to end-users on Citrix products such as XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, and Netscaler.
- Troubleshoot issues related to VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) deployments using PVS (Publishing Virtual Server).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in implementing and supporting Citrix environments.
- Strong knowledge of ADC (Application Delivery Controller), MCs (Management Console), and XENServer technologies.
- Experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) deployment using PVS (Publishing Virtual Server).
- Proficiency in NetScaler load balancing solution.
