Citizen Support Executive

Position: Associate Consultant

Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata (Work from office)

Employment Type: Contractual (1 year then renewal)

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls (non technical) and assist in query solving

* Transfer calls to relevant departments as required

* Maintain professional and helpful tone

Eligibility:

* Fresher with Graduation (technical / honors) mandatory

* Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; English is a plus

* Flexible working in all shifts as:

- Morning: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM

- Evening: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

- Night: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM

* Open to 6 day’s work week

* Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

* Fixed salary and allowance up-to INR 14,000.00 per month

* PF, ESI and statutory benefits

* Shift allowance and OT pay
