CISNGE - Full Stack Engineer/ServiceNow HRSD

Roles Responsibilities
This role combines full stack development with data analysis, business process automation using Power Automate, reporting using Power BI, and hands-on development and customization within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events.

Implement workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

Experience in full stack application development.

Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration.

Knowledge of HR case management, employee service portals, and virtual agent.

ServiceNow scripting and integration experience.

Hands-on ServiceNow NowAssist, Moveworks, Employee Works, Process Mining and other capabilities.

Strong expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and modern architecture patterns.

Experience with Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Strong SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge.

Experience with Power BI and DAX.

Experience with Power Automate workflows.

Experience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required

ServiceNow HRSD Certification (CIS-HRSD) Preferred
