About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to UCM, including call routing, voice quality, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using WebEx and ICM Scripting.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members on CVP best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Cisco UCCE/CVP technologies.
- Strong understanding of WebEx platform and its integration with other systems such as ICM Scripting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues related to voice over IP networks using tools like Wireshark or MRTG.
