Circular Resale Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of resale pop-up events across locations

• Assist customers with product selection, sales support, and basic queries

• Ensure proper display setup, stock arrangement, and replenishment during events

• Handle basic stock counting, movement, and coordination

• Capture customer and sales information accurately

• Follow event SOPs, reporting guidelines, and pricing instructions

• Coordinate with resale managers and inventory teams during events • Escalate customer concerns or operational issues to reporting manager

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during events
