Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback, manage

payroll and benefits for employees.

• Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer,

Promotion, Payroll management of respective region.

• Responsible for handling approx. 12 15 stores& #39; HR operations, including Circle Office.

• Responsible for effective Training and development and Employee engagement Programme across

the stores.

• Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.

• Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and

regulations.

• Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports

• SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office

• Responsible to handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.
