Circle Head - Agency channel

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in General Insurance, specifically in Motor Insurance, and a strong background in agency channel sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage sales operations effectively. This position is based in Patna.

• Lead and manage sales operations to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents and customers.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Insurance, preferably in Motor Insurance.
• Proven track record of team handling and leadership in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of agency channel sales and distribution models.
