Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Advanced Formulas).
• Experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analysis.
• Good understanding of data management and data validation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain energy consumption and EB cost databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to electricity expenses.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data received from multiple sites/circles.
• Track EB bills, energy consumption trends, and cost variances.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
• Reconcile billing data and identify discrepancies for corrective action.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and field teams for data collection and validation.
• Monitor budget utilization and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Generate management reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Maintain historical records and create performance tracking reports.
• Support audits by providing required data and documentation.
