Circle Business Lead

Role & responsibilities

Drive FTTH & Smart Building business performance at the circle level, ensuring achievement of AOP targets through revenue growth, network expansion, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue, footprint expansion, and penetration across new-build and brownfield clusters.
• Lead Acquisition, Network, Telco Sales, and SBS teams for business growth.
• Ensure timely site acquisition, feasibility, and end-to-end deployment within TAT.
• Evaluate project viability, manage NFA approvals, and ensure legal & compliance governance.
• Oversee billing, collections, and recovery from ISPs and developers.
• Ensure high service quality, uptime, SLA adherence, and quick resolution of escalations.
• Monitor installation compliance (>95%), FTR delivery, and site closure efficiency (>90%).
• Drive cross-functional coordination with SCM, Finance, NOC, O&M, Deployment, and Sales.
• Manage stakeholders including developers, RWAs, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to statutory norms.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

What skills and experience youll bring to us

15+ years of experience in Telecom/FTTH/Smart Infrastructure.

Strong exposure to network deployment, acquisition, and sales.

Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
