About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including housekeeping, pantry, security, travel management, vehicle management, and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office administration by handling petty cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance services to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee facility maintenance tasks such as repairs and renovations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Support the Circle HR Head in all HR and Admin-related activities at the Circle level.
- An ideal candidate should have min 3-5 years of office admin experience in any reputable company.
- Good Office MS and data analysis skills.
