Cipet Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of plastic injection molding machines, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure smooth shift operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Oversee maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years' experience in plastic injection molding or related field (CIPET).
• Strong knowledge of plastic technology, including polymorphism, melt flow behavior, and material properties.
• Proficiency in managing manpower effectively during shifts; ability to lead teams efficiently.
