Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
• Oversee cinema operations, ensuring smooth functioning of multiplexes and providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through effective pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the PVR team to drive business performance improvement.
• Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service skills.
• Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of beverage management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale food court operations or multiplex cinemas.
• Experience in managing daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
• Ability to develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with PVR principles and practices.
