Cinema Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily cinema operations, including Box Office, F&B, housekeeping, and auditorium operations.
• Achieve revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
• Monitor P&L, operating costs, inventory, and cash management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, SOPs, and audit compliance.
• Drive local marketing, upselling, and customer footfall.
• Prepare MIS reports and monitor business KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Graduate; Hotel Management or MBA preferred.
• Experience: 710 years in cinema, hospitality, retail, or QSR operations, depending on the role.
• Skills: P&L management, team leadership, customer service, sales, and cost control.
• Knowledge: F&B operations, inventory management, SOPs, and MIS reporting.
• Attributes: Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial awareness, and flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends.
