Cinema Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiplex cinemas, ensuring smooth functioning of all screens.
• Oversee theatre management, Movie Scheduling, including ticket booking, inventory control, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the cinema premises.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance tasks such as AC repairs, electricity issues, etc.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in cinema operations or related field (multiplexing).
• Graduate Degree preferred, Hospitality or Management background is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of cinema operations software systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members, vendors, and customers.
