Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the CICS system for smooth operation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
- Provide technical support and training to users on CICS systems.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to integrate CICS with other systems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in recruitment or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of CICS systems and administration principles.
