Job Title-- CI Contract Associate Zonal Operations
Department-- Operations / Service Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance tickets and coordinate with vendors.
- Track spare parts, shipments, and return deliveries.
- Support vendors with field issues, installations, and audits.
- Maintain zone-wise inventory and MIS reports.
- Coordinate insurance claims and required documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service tickets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.

- Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
