CHRO OFFICE INTERN

Work Directly with the CHRO | Drive. Follow Up. Execute.

Location: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai

Work from Office: Monday to Friday
Duration: 6 Months Contractual
Opportunity: Potential Full-Time conversion based on performance & business requirements

About the Role

This is an execution-focused role working directly with the CHRO. You will help drive key HR projects, follow up with stakeholders and ensure priorities are executed and closed on time.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the CHRO on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
• Drive strong follow-ups with stakeholders and CHRO reportees to ensure timely execution and closure.
• Create MIS, reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Analyse data and highlight key insights, gaps and action areas.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate across teams and proactively flag delays or roadblocks.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and drive them from start to finish.
