CHP (T&P) - DM/MGR

Role & responsibility/Duties To Be Performed :-

1.He will be responsible for operation and maintenance of HEMM & T&P.

2.He will be responsible for Maintaining all records like check list of schedule servicing /maintenance, spares inventory, material PR, log book, MIS Report, PTW, RGP/NRGP, SES Material issue vs Consumption report etc.

3.He will be responsible for Managing Man power (T&P) for operation and Maintenance work.

4.He will be responsible for implementing safety standards and advisories regarding T&P and HEMM.

Functional Competencies :-

1.Should have good working (operation & maintenance) knowledge of all HEMM used in coal handling plant.

Behavioral & Management Competencies :-

1.Should able to lead a team to execute assigned jobs.

2.Should have eagerness to learn.

3.Should be dedicated and disciplined.
