Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English, including correct grammar, syntax, and clear pronunciation.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Translation/Interpretation, or a related field (or equivalent proven experience).
• Skills: Excellent active listening, rapid information processing, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Certifications: Certifications like NAATI, ATA, or state/court-level accreditations are highly preferred.
