Chitkara University is looking for an experienced Chief Warden (Female) to head its Office of Residential Services. The role involves overall residential, discipline, safety, and, supervision of warden/hostel staff, coordination with parents and campus departments, and handling of emergencies within the residential campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall administration of girl's hostels
• Ensure student safety, discipline & welfare
• Supervise wardens, assistant wardens & hostel staff
• Handle student grievances & disciplinary issues
• Liaise with parents, security, medical & maintenance teams
• Manage hostel records & inspections
• Handle emergencies/crisis situations on campus
