Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance on insurance coverage and risk management to minimize potential losses.
• Collaborate with executive management team to develop business strategies that align with company goals.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in finance or accounting role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis), MIS (Management Information System).
• Proven track record of developing effective financial plans and analyzing complex data sets.
