Only candidates who currently work, or have worked, at a company that sells UCaaS, CCaaS or CPaaS products will be considered (for example: cloud telephony, cloud contact center, business VoIP or communications API providers). Experience only at IT services, generic SaaS or non-communications companies does not qualify.

What you will do:

- Own architecture for voice, video, messaging, contact center and AI services

- Take over code, infrastructure and documentation from our external development partner

- Hire and lead a team of about 12 across AI, backend, full stack, mobile and DevOps

- Set uptime targets, incident response, security and release standards

- Manage carrier, SIP trunk and cloud vendor relationships on the technical side

What you must have:

- Must currently work, or have worked, at a company that sells UCaaS, CCaaS or CPaaS products

- 12+ years in software, 5+ years leading engineering teams

- Has run a VoIP/WebRTC or communications API platform in production

- Strong cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, microservices

- Hands-on enough to review code and SIP call flows

Good to have:

- AI voice bots or LLM products in production

- SOC 2 / ISO 27001 experience

CTC: Rs 20-45 LPA (negotiable, based on experience)

Location: Hybrid, Mumbai
