)A). Qualification Criteria

4-year full-time Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications or equivalent, or MCA (full-time), OR M.E./M.Tech (full-time) in the same fields, from a Government-recognized university/institution.

B) Experience Criteria

Total 15 years' experience with min. 10 years in the technology sector, including min. 5 years in a Project Manager/Executive role leading cross-functional teams.

C) Job Description

• Define the overall technology vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee software development, systems architecture, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and data governance for all PPP applications and platforms.
• Formulation of policy and standards as may be necessary.
• Lead, mentor and manage cross-functional technology teams (development, infrastructure, testing, security and data teams).
• Manage procurement, authorize payments and address techno-commercial issues as may be necessary.
• Ensure scalability, high availability, security and regulatory compliance of the PPP database and citizen-facing services.
• Representing technology forums, inter-departmental integrations and Government IT committees.
• Report to the Authority on technology performance. risks and innovation initiatives.
