Chief Technology Officer - FinTech/NBFC

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to spearhead the technological transformation of our NBFC operations in New Delhi. In this strategic leadership role, you will define the architectural roadmap for our digital lending ecosystem, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and highly performant. You will work closely with the CEO, board members, and cross-functional business heads to translate complex financial requirements into seamless digital experiences. By driving innovation in our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS), you will directly influence our market competitiveness, operational efficiency, and the speed at which we deliver credit solutions to our customers. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital footprint and maintaining a robust, compliant, and cutting-edge technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid product delivery to meet aggressive business growth targets.

- Implement advanced data security and regulatory compliance frameworks to protect sensitive financial information and maintain alignment with RBI guidelines.

- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to prioritize feature development that enhances customer acquisition and reduces loan processing turnaround times.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI/ML and cloud-native solutions to optimize credit underwriting models and improve decision-making accuracy.

- Manage the technology budget and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective procurement and high-quality service delivery from external partners.
