• Full-stack development background you can still read, review and write code
• Strong software architecture & technical design skills; a track record of systems that scale
• Solid DevOps capability: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, security, incident response
• Product management strength you can own a roadmap, prioritise against outcomes, and ship
• Comfortable hands-on in a small, resource-conscious team, moving between strategy and execution
• Clear communicator across technical / non-technical teams and time zones
• Experience in EdTech, marketplaces or two-sided platforms (students & mentors)
• Experience scaling products across emerging markets in Asia or Africa
• Practical AI integration experience in live products 
• Localisation and multi-language platform experience 
• A track record of taking undocumented systems and making them robust and team-owned
