Job Description:
Lead the company's digital ecosystem, including Website, CRM, AI, LMS, and business systems.
Drive digital transformation, AI, automation, and technology initiatives.
Manage Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, and technology integrations.
Manage external technology vendors and partners and ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee data reporting, cloud infrastructure, security, performance, and scalability.
Improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and technology scalability.
Desired Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10-15 years of experience in Technology, Product, Digital Transformation, or Business Systems.
Strong experience in CRM, digital platforms, automation, AI, and vendor management.
Experience in Wellness, HealthTech, EdTech, Consumer Internet, or Digital-first businesses preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, execution, and business alignment skills.
