Chief Staff

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic guidance to the CEO on business operations, financial planning, and growth strategy.
• Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Serve as a liaison between senior leadership teams to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in an executive support role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of business operations, finance, marketing, sales, strategy implementation.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
