Hiring: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Department: Security & Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall security operations across the hospital.
• Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, and hospital assets.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Supervise security personnel and manage deployment, discipline, and duty rosters.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control, visitor management, and other security systems.
• Handle security incidents, investigations, and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with Police, Fire Services, and other external authorities when required.
• Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Support hospital emergency preparedness, disaster management, and evacuation procedures.
• Coordinate security arrangements for VIP visits, hospital events, and special activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 10+ years in Security / Defence / Police / Hospital Security.
• Candidates with hospital security experience will be preferred.
• Ex-Defence / Police / Paramilitary candidates are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, crisis-management, and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, emergency response, and incident management is required.
